Victor Malvolti
aka Boring Vic
I’m a mastering engineer with a big passion for sound !
I got the mastering bug in 2017 when I started working in one of the top-mastering studios, La Source in Paris. There, I developped the attention to detail and the “ears” necessary to master at a professional level.
I have a wide-ranging passion for sound and have developed several amateur and professional activities around it. Right now, I’m also :

About “Pre-Master” and the final limiter
Many mixing engineers use a limiter at the end of their chain for clients approval. Whether it’s pure “loudness boost” to impress clients or it’s there to make the track groove, you may want to leave it ON or OFF before sending me the mix.
Feel free to send me two files :
FAQ
Do you provide mixing services ? - No, but I’m happy to recommend mixing engineers based on your budget and genre.
Do you do stem mastering ? - I usually don’t. If you request it, I may accept doing it.
Can I send you a mix for review ? - Yes, I’m happy to listen to your mix, review it and tell you if it’s ready for mastering or not.
Should I remove all of my master bus processing ? - No. If it’s part of the “sound”, leave it ON.
